Contour Networks is pleased to announce the release of our new Customer Portal. The new Portal empowers Contour customers to manage many of their day-to-day tasks through our Portal any time of the day from anywhere they have web access. The updated portal improves line management, including suspend/resume and configuration updates, online RMA requests, and provides easier access to billing information. Customer accounts from the previous Customer Portal have been transferred to the new Portal. If you do not have an account on the new Portal ask your Company Administrator or contact Contour Customer support.
