Our network, including all carrier interconnections and data centers are monitored 24 hours a day. In addition to our automated monitoring system we use a follow-the-sun approach to staff our Network Operations Center (NOC) in both the U.S. and Japan so there are always human eyes on the network as well. Additionally monitoring is available for customer devices on our network. These are watched by an separate system using a policy-based approach tailored to the unique needs of our customers. Alerts, time-of-day, and escalation can be customized based on solution being implemented.
