Communications Security and Compliance Technologies, Inc. (CSCT, Inc.) is doing business as Contour Networks.

Contour Networks was established in 2006 to provide cellular wireless services in the United States, with its focus on deploying technologies for security and industry standards compliance using the nation's largest cellular wireless network. Now Contour Networks provides a comprehensive, integrated suite of security solutions, enabling secure mobile network access anytime, anywhere.  Contour Networks is successfully growing its business in providing low cost, secure cellular connectivity services to targeted industries such as finance and retails.

Contour Networks is a Participating Organization of the PCI Security Standards Council.

CSCT, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan Communications Inc. (JCI) and a member of the JCI Group of companies.
